How does body toning work?

Muscle toning leads to a reduction in body fat and therefore aids weight loss, which helps to reduce the impact of diseases associated with being overweight.

Toning exercises help to improve overall posture because the movements develop a stronger musculature that supports your spine and proper movement and positioning of the body. Exercises such as planks, push-ups and targeted steady movements using your own body strength will quickly build up your core strength.
